Philippe Lobstein

Philippe Lobstein has headed our Zurich branch since the beginning of 2017. He is supported by a young dedicated team of 25 working in infrastructure, structural design, tunnel construction and systems engineering. Born in Strasbourg, Philippe tells us what drives him and what he sees as the challenges of the future.

Mr. Lobstein, what motivates you?

A dedicated and dynamic management team has taken over management in Zurich this year, characterised by a good mix of men and women, ages and experience. Pini Swiss upholds the unique engineering school tradition and promotes communication within the "family" and throughout the group. I am happy to share my experience and know-how within a positive, interdisciplinary environment.

How do you do that exactly?

I always demand that little bit more from our staff. I firmly believe that success is driven by performance, which we achieve through excellence in our craft. Our customers are always at the heart of everything we do. We offer a wide range of services both locally and internationally. We distinguish ourselves through our technical expertise and our work processes, which have been greatly optimised as part of re-certification. We focus on clear guidelines and specifications, providing added value for our customers.

How do you future-proof your company?

We use innovation management as a tool to penetrate new markets and regions. One result of this is our new Systems Engineering division. Our business is constantly evolving, and the situation on the market is highly competitive: Pini Swiss is well prepared. We plan for the future sustainably and efficiently, including our own future.
