Project

The project involves a reorganisation of the main entrance level with a new 7-storey main entrance building, a new access access with underground parking and a garden area. The new entrance building accommodates the premises of the intensive care unit with operating theatres and the emergency service. One of the important topics is the intelligent unbundling of internal and external user flows and the loading and unloading areas. As a partner of Ipostudio, a Florence-based architectural firm, we are involved in all phases of project design, tendering and final design and assume project management for all phases.

Parking hall: demolition of 2 floors incl. existing ramps; construction of 4 new floors for 753 parking spaces + 127 motorcycle parking spaces incl. new access ramps
New main entrance building: main elements are the new entrance platform, which organises the various user flows and the new panorama promenade of the park level, which connects the above-mentioned entrance with the existing main level
