The ambitious AlpTransit project, the flat rail link through the Swiss Alps, is representative of an ecological alternative to road for cargo and public transport and is one of the most awaited structures to be completed in Switzerland this year. The Pini Group has been working in all relevant phases of project design and construction management since the beginning of the project and is now also deploying its entire expertise and many years of experience in tunnel construction in the final phase with both pride and passion for a project of the century.

The work will continue at a speed of 275 km/h! This is the figure recorded during the latest high-speed test in the tunnel.
