Roberto Gerosa

The Extraordinary Assembly held on 5th of July appointed Roberto Gerosa as the new Chairman of PINI Group, taking over from founding partner Olimpio Pini. Gerosa has a strong background in the management of international engineering groups and was a long-time executive of AF Consulting, now AFRY.

In his inaugural speech, he outlined the Group's strategies for the coming years, laying the foundations for strong development both in international markets and in the three Swiss regions.

At the meeting, attended by the Company's senior management, CEO Andrea Galli presented the new corporate organisation structured in three main units: Switzerland, Italy and International.

The Management further confirmed the very positive performance in the first half of 2021.
